These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vector Reviews, a software platform operated by Avejan Research and Marketing Tech, located at Office No. 4, Vighnahar Chambers, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Pune - 411004, India.

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

1. Nature of Service

Vector Reviews is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses collect, manage, and improve customer feedback and online reviews. The platform provides tools for feedback collection, review routing, and performance monitoring.

We do not generate fake reviews, manipulate third-party platforms, or guarantee specific outcomes such as ratings or rankings on external platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use this service. By using Vector Reviews, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices
  • Attempt to manipulate or misrepresent customer reviews in violation of third-party platform policies
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system

5. Subscription and Billing

Vector Reviews operates on a prepaid subscription model.

  • Subscriptions are currently offered on a yearly basis
  • All payments must be made in advance
  • Renewals are handled manually at this stage

Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store sensitive financial information such as card numbers or banking credentials.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once access to the platform has been successfully provisioned.

Refunds may only be considered if we are unable to provide access due to a technical failure on our part.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the platform. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technology associated with Vector Reviews are the intellectual property of Avejan Research and Marketing Tech.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

10. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you provide to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited right to process and use such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Vector Reviews may integrate with or direct users to third-party platforms (such as review websites). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their policies, actions, or changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avejan Research and Marketing Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business, data, or reputation arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Actions of third-party platforms

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avejan Research and Marketing Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in misuse or unlawful activity
  • Your actions pose a risk to the platform or other users

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
