This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the financial terms under which Vector Reviews operates. Vector Reviews is a proprietary software product owned by Avejan Research and Marketing Tech, located at Office No. 4, Vighnahar Chambers, Karve Road, Pune - 411004, India.
1. Digital Service Nature
Vector Reviews is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because access to our reputation management tools, dashboard, and QR generation assets is granted immediately upon successful payment, the service is considered "consumed" once login credentials have been provisioned.
2. General Refund Policy
All subscription payments (1-year, 3-year, or 5-year plans) are made on a prepaid basis and are strictly non-refundable once platform access has been granted.
- We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or business pivot scenarios.
- Refunds are not provided based on the volume of reviews collected or specific business outcomes.

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Users who choose not to utilize the service after purchase.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with UI/UX or feature sets that were described in the documentation.

- Partial usage of the subscription duration.
5. Subscription Cancellation & Data Retention
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Access: Your dashboard remains active until the final day of your current prepaid term.
- No Prorated Credits: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining months of a multi-year plan if you choose to stop using the service early.
- Manual Renewals: Since we do not use auto-debit, you will not be charged again unless you manually initiate a renewal.
6. Duplicate or Error Transactions
If you have been accidentally charged twice due to a technical glitch during the checkout process:
- Please notify us at support@vectorreviews.com within 7 days.
- Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be reversed to your original payment method.

When a refund is approved by our billing department:
- Approval: We initiate the reversal within 5-7 business days.
- Gateway Processing: The time taken for the funds to reflect in your bank account depends on Razorpay and your issuing bank (typically 5-10 additional business days).

Initiating a formal chargeback through your bank without first attempting to resolve the billing issue with our support team will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Vector Reviews account.
