By purchasing a subscription to Vector Reviews, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Nature of the Service

Vector Reviews is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Upon successful payment and onboarding, access to the platform, tools, and associated features is provisioned digitally.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to platform resources, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. General Refund Policy

All subscription payments are made in advance and are non-refundable once access to the platform has been successfully granted.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In the event of duplicate payments or accidental transactions:

  • The excess amount will be refunded after verification

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed by us within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit of funds to your original payment method may take additional time depending on the policies of the payment gateway, banking institutions, or card networks involved. We are not responsible for delays caused by external financial systems once the refund has been initiated from our end.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account and access to the platform.
