Vector Reviews is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All services are delivered electronically through our online platform.

2. Mode of Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers are granted access to the Vector Reviews platform via a secure account. Access is provided through login credentials and/or onboarding communication sent to the registered email address.

3. Delivery Timeline

Access to the platform is typically provisioned automatically and immediately after successful payment confirmation and completion of any required onboarding steps.

In certain cases, activation may take longer depending on:

  • Completion of onboarding requirements
  • Verification of submitted information
  • Technical or operational considerations

4. Onboarding Requirement

Access to certain features may require initial setup or onboarding assistance. Delays caused due to incomplete or delayed user inputs during onboarding are not considered delays in delivery from our side.

5. Service Activation

Your subscription period begins once access to the platform is successfully provisioned, regardless of the level of usage.

6. Non-Delivery Scenarios

If you do not receive access within the expected timeframe, you are required to contact our support team. All access related issues are generally solved within 24 to 48 hours. however, some issues may take upto 7 working days to resolve. You will be eligible for complete refund in case your access issue can not be resolved within the specified timeframe.
