This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the fulfillment process for Vector Reviews, a proprietary software platform operated by Avejan Research and Marketing Tech, located at Office No. 4, Vighnahar Chambers, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Pune - 411004, India.

Digital Fulfillment: Vector Reviews is a 100% digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No physical goods, packages, or hardware will be shipped to your physical address.

1. Delivery Method

All services are delivered electronically. Upon successful confirmation of your payment via our secure gateway, fulfillment is completed through the following steps:

  • Account Activation: Automatic creation of your dashboard access.
  • Credential Delivery: An automated "Welcome & Access" email is sent to your registered email address containing login instructions.

2. Delivery Timeline

In most cases, delivery is instant. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated.

However, service activation may occasionally take up to 24 hours if:

3. User Responsibility in Delivery

4. Service Commencement

Your subscription tenure (1-year, 3-year, or 5-year) begins from the moment the login credentials are dispatched to your email. The "Delivery" is considered successful once the email has been sent from our servers.

5. Resolving Non-Delivery Issues

If you have not received your access credentials within 24 hours of a successful payment, please follow these steps:

  2. Verify that the payment was successfully debited from your account.
  3. Contact our Support Team at support@vectorreviews.com.

We commit to resolving all access-related issues within 48 hours of being notified. If we are unable to provide access within 7 working days, you will be eligible for a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

As there is no physical movement of goods, there are zero shipping charges, handling fees, or logistics costs associated with your purchase of Vector Reviews.
