Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Business") and Vector Reviews, a proprietary SaaS platform operated by Avejan Research and Marketing Tech, registered at Office No. 4, Vighnahar Chambers, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Pune - 411004, India.

By creating an account, processing a payment, or utilizing the Vector Reviews software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service & "Fair Play" Policy

Vector Reviews provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) toolset to facilitate the collection, management, and internal routing of customer feedback.

Anti-Manipulation Clause: We strictly adhere to the guidelines set by third-party review platforms (such as Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot). Our service is designed to bridge the communication gap between businesses and customers. We do not:

Provide or sell fake/fraudulent reviews.
Guarantee a specific star rating or the removal of legitimate negative reviews.
Allow the "gating" of reviews in a manner that explicitly violates Google’s Content Policies.

2. Eligibility and User Representation

Use of the Service is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind your business entity to these Terms.

3. Account Management & Security

To utilize our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account access.
Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately at support@vectorreviews.com upon discovery of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Vector Reviews platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
Spamming customers with excessive feedback requests that violate the CAN-SPAM Act or local telecom regulations in India.
Attempting to "reverse engineer," decompile, or steal the source code of the Vector Reviews platform.
Automating the platform via bots or scripts without express written consent.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes

Vector Reviews operates as a prepaid, subscription-based service.

Billing Cycle: Currently, we offer 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans. All fees are due upfront.
Manual Renewal: To protect our users from unexpected charges, we do not currently use auto-debit. You will receive notifications to manually renew your plan before expiration.
Taxes: All prices displayed are subject to applicable GST in India, which will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

6. Payment Processing & Third-Party Gateways

We utilize Razorpay and other PCI-DSS compliant gateways to process payments. By initiating a transaction, you agree to comply with the terms of our payment processors. Vector Reviews never stores your full credit card number or bank login credentials on our own servers.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Standard No-Refund Policy: Since Vector Reviews is a digital service where resources are provisioned immediately upon payment, all sales are final.

Exceptions: Refunds are only processed in cases of documented technical failure where we are unable to provide service access for more than 7 consecutive business days.
Cancellation: You may stop using the service at any time. However, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.

8. Service Levels & Maintenance

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Vector Reviews is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or emergency updates, which may result in temporary service unavailability. We are not liable for any business loss resulting from such downtime.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The "Vector Reviews" name, logo, UI/UX design, and proprietary code are the exclusive intellectual property of Avejan Research and Marketing Tech. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-sublicensable license to use the tools—not a transfer of ownership.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Avejan Research and Marketing Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or reputation) arising out of your use of the platform or your interactions with third-party review sites.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avejan Research and Marketing Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in misuse or unlawful activity
Your actions pose a risk to the platform or other users

13. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
